Super Bowl XL Week | Multi-Brand Experiential Support Across San Francisco

Productions Plus was proud to support a wide range of brand activations during Super Bowl Week, deploying experienced Supervisors, Product Specialists, Brand Ambassadors, Demo Hosts, Emcees, and Production Assistants across fan experiences, VIP events, media engagements, and citywide promotions.

Our teams supported major fan-facing activations, including an interactive escape room experience for Uber Eats at the Super Bowl Fan Experience and a citywide sampling program for Lay’s, where Brand Ambassadors distributed product samples and engaged fans along San Francisco’s iconic waterfront. We also provided staffing for exclusive VIP and influencer events, including Uber One and Gatorade experiences, where our teams managed guest services, product engagement, and on-site logistics.

Productions Plus played a key role in supporting Toyota and Lexus throughout the week, staffing fan activations, media centers, VIP events, and experiential programs. Our Product Specialists and Brand Ambassadors helped bring vehicle displays and interactive experiences to life, facilitated media interviews, supported fan engagement activities, and ensured a premium brand presence across multiple high-profile environments.

Across each activation, Productions Plus provided comprehensive staffing support and on-site leadership, helping our clients create memorable, well-executed experiences that connected their brands with fans, media, influencers, and VIP audiences during one of the year’s most anticipated global events.

CES | Full-Service Staffing for Global Technology and Automotive Brands
Clients: Dolby Laboratories / Hearst Autos / Jack Morton
Productions Plus delivered comprehensive staffing support at CES, deploying experienced talent across multiple high-profile activations for Dolby, Hearst Autos, Cadillac, and another luxury automotive manufacturer. With over 60 staff supporting these brands, our teams ensured each brand delivered an engaging and seamless presence throughout the show.

Our roles included Supervisors, Team Leads, Demo Hosts, Product Experts, Brand Ambassadors, and Hostesses, all trained to educate attendees, support product demonstrations, manage vehicle displays, and create meaningful brand interactions. Our talent helped guide guests, facilitate hands-on experiences, and represent each brand with professionalism and confidence.

Productions Plus provided full-service program management, including pre-event planning, talent training, travel coordination, on-site account management, vehicle management, and real-time client support. With a 100% execution rate, our teams ensured reliable coverage, adaptability, and consistent execution throughout one of the world’s most influential technology events.

ART BASEL MIAMI | Elevated Brand Engagement at a Global Cultural Event

Productions Plus supported a series of high-profile activations at Art Basel Miami, providing Brand Ambassadors, Demo Hosts, Product Specialists, and Team Captains for Ruinart, Uber, Archer Aviation, Google, and Lexus. Partnering with leading production agencies, our talent delivered polished guest engagement and seamless support across multiple experiential environments. We also provided full wardrobe coordination for Lexus to ensure a cohesive and premium brand presence.

RYDER CUP | Premium Staffing for a Global Sporting Event
Client: George P. Johnson Experience Marketing
We were proud to support GPJ, representing DP World, at the Ryder Cup with a multi-faceted program spanning five unique footprints at the iconic Bethpage Black Course. Our team deployed 30+ experienced talent members across a range of roles, including Office Manager, VIP Hosts, Models, Brand Ambassadors, and on-site leadership positions.

The goal of the program was to elevate brand awareness while delivering seamless, white-glove hospitality for attendees and VIP guests. Productions Plus provided full 360-degree program management, overseeing talent travel, transportation, wardrobe coordination, and on-site execution to ensure a polished, high-touch experience throughout the event.

GOOGLE | Multi-Division Programs across the USA
Clients: Sparks / MAS / nth Degree / High Contrast
Productions Plus was proud to support Google across multiple divisions and program types in 2025, showcasing the flexibility and scale of our talent and program management teams. From high-level executive meetings and conferences to media launches and nationwide mobile tours, our teams delivered consistent brand representation and seamless execution across each engagement.

Key programs included Made by Google ’25, supporting the Pixel 10 media launch with trained Demo Brand Ambassadors who engaged media and guests using tailored scripts and product talking points. We also provided full program management for the GBO Conference, deploying 50+ talent including Field Marketing Managers, Supervisors, and Brand Ambassadors. Additional executive-level support included the Google Cloud Leadership Summit, Google Zeitgeist, and Google Executive Circle, each staffed with experienced Field Marketing Managers, Supervisors, and Brand Ambassadors.

Our partnership extended to experiential and cultural moments as well, including Art Basel, where Demo Brand Ambassadors represented Google Gemini AI, and the ELS Series in Chicago and San Jose. Rounding out the year, Productions Plus supported the Google Cloud College Campus Tour, staffing Brand Ambassadors and Production Assistants across 50+ markets from October through December.

UBER EATS | Creating Memorable In-Stadium Moments for Fans
Client: Team One
Our team supported Uber Eats with in-stadium fan engagement programs across major MLB and NFL games, including appearances at New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers games, as well as Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers matchups.

Managers and Brand Ambassador teams delivered Uber Eats gifts directly to fans inside the stadium, creating memorable, personal moments throughout the games. The surprise-and-delight approach was met with enthusiastic reactions and elevated the overall fan experience, reinforcing Uber Eats’ presence in a fun, authentic way during live sporting events.

SCOUT MOTORS | Building a Nationwide Product Specialist Program
In 2025, Productions Plus was proud to launch a new partnership with Scout Motors, supporting brand awareness efforts leading up to the highly anticipated product launch. Working closely with the Scout Motors team, we built and deployed a dedicated Product Specialist Team designed to represent the brand consistently across events nationwide.

Our team of Product Specialists, Supervisors, and Brand Ambassadors supported a wide range of high-profile activations throughout the year. These included the Columbia Fireflies Season Connection Center and Holiday Light Show, CES 2025, Outside Festival, The Atlantic Festival, Up.Summit, a PBR Event Party, and the Los Angeles Auto Show. Each activation focused on educating consumers, engaging attendees, and bringing the Scout Motors brand to life in dynamic environments.

As we continue in 2026, this partnership continues to grow, with expanded opportunities to build awareness, deepen engagement, and support Scout Motors across even more touchpoints nationwide.

JENIUS BANK | Connecting with Fans at High-Energy Pickleball Events
Client: MKTG
Productions Plus continues to grow its footprint across major sporting events nationwide. In addition to supporting the Super Bowl, All-Star Games, major motorsports, and premier golf and tennis tournaments, we’re proud to highlight these recent activations in the rapidly growing world of pickleball.

Partnering with MKTG on behalf of Jenius Bank, Productions Plus provided experienced Brand Ambassadors at major pickleball tournaments across the U.S., including the World Championships in Dallas, Texas. Our teams created an engaging, high-energy environment where guests could practice their pickleball skills, interact with the brand, and win prizes, helping drive awareness and positive brand connections throughout each event.

TECH AMBASSADORS | Delivering On-Site Tech Support Across U.S. Trade Shows

We launched a new partnership with an innovative technology solutions provider supporting conference and trade show organizers across the U.S.  Drawing from our experienced talent pool, trained P+ Tech Ambassadors travel nationwide to provide hands-on set-up assistance, real-time technical support, and on-site customer service throughout each event.

This program ensures exhibitors, organizers, and attendees receive reliable, knowledgeable support on the show floor, helping technology-driven experiences run smoothly from setup through close.

LIVE NATION | Powering Brand Activations at Major Music Festivals
Productions Plus continued its strong presence at major music festivals nationwide, partnering with Live Nation to support a variety of brand activations throughout the year. Our Brand Ambassadors represented multiple brands at some of the country’s most iconic festivals, including Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, Ohana, Shaky Knees, Austin City Limits, and more.

Across each high-energy environment, P+ Ambassadors engaged festivalgoers, brought brand experiences to life, and helped create memorable moments that connected brands with audiences in fun, authentic ways.
