Every summer, Lollapalooza transforms Chicago into one of the country’s most exciting destinations for live music, culture, and brand engagement. In 2026, Productions Plus was proud to support multiple brand activations throughout the festival, providing experienced Brand Ambassadors, Team Leads, and Production Assistants who helped create memorable experiences for thousands of festival attendees.
Working alongside our client, Live Nation, Productions Plus staffed activations for six nationally recognized brands, demonstrating our ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining exceptional execution across every touchpoint.
Staffing Multiple Brands, One Exceptional Experience
Our festival staffing teams represented the following brands throughout Lollapalooza 2026:
- Snapchat: 1 Team Lead and 8 Brand Ambassadors
- Chase Freedom: 1 Team Lead, 8 Brand Ambassadors, and 1 Production Assistant
- Ulta Beauty: 1 Team Lead and 7 Brand Ambassadors
- Gildan: 1 Team Lead and 5 Brand Ambassadors
- HEINZ: 1 Team Lead and 7 Brand Ambassadors
- LOL Surprise!: 1 Team Lead, 7 Brand Ambassadors, and 2 Production Assistants
In total, Productions Plus deployed 44 event staff members, including 6 Team Leads, 42 Brand Ambassadors, and 3 Production Assistants, to support these activations across the festival.
Our talent served as the face of each brand, engaging attendees, assisting with interactive experiences, educating consumers, managing lines, distributing promotional items, and ensuring every activation delivered an outstanding guest experience.
