Productions Plus provided 150 Docents and Brand Ambassadors for Figma’s Config conference in San Francisco.

CNX26 (Salesforce Connections) | Chicago
Productions Plus also supported Salesforce Connections (CNX26) in Chicago with a team of 78 professionals, including 5 Supervisors and 73 Brand Ambassadors.
As the program expanded significantly from the previous year, our team successfully scaled with the event while maintaining 100% execution throughout the conference.
Several highlights made this event especially rewarding:
- The client expanded the scope by 31 additional talent compared to 2025.
- Following the event, the client expressed interest in expanding Productions Plus’ role even further for the 2027 program.
- Every supervisor on the program was new to the event, yet each performed so successfully that they were requested to join GPJ’s ongoing supervisor rotation for future events.
- Our Room Monitor teams received special recognition after helping solve an area that had historically presented challenges for the client. Since Productions Plus assumed responsibility for these teams, the program has experienced consistently successful execution.

For Cisco Live 2026, Productions Plus supplied 61 conference professionals, including 3 Supervisors, 38 Docents, and 20 Brand Ambassadors.
