RETAIL MANAGER – LOS ANGELES
Seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a premium retail environment in Los Angeles, California, supporting an innovative consumer technology brand. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate has previous retail management experience with the technical aptitude to quickly learn and confidently demonstrate innovative consumer technology, guiding customers through interactive product experiences with clarity and enthusiasm.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead daily retail operations while driving team performance and accountability.
- Coach, mentor, and develop retail associates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure operational excellence, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy.
- Partner with client stakeholders to maintain brand standards and achieve program objectives.
- Monitor store performance, resolve operational challenges, and implement continuous improvements.
