We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee the GM Live program. GM Live is takes place at a studio in Sterling Heights, MI where Product Specialists connect with customers virtually to provide specialized brand experiences. Brands represented are Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC, and EV Live.
This will be a hybrid work from home and in-studio position in Sterling Heights, MI.
Summary:
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operational aspects of this complex program, along with Product Specialist mentoring, and client and supplier management. You will collaborate with a large team of multiple staff across the five brands.
The candidate must possess the ability and experience to be immediately effective in their role. Ideal candidates will need minimal training and will have proven prior experience in account operations. Ideal candidates can demonstrate an ability for diplomacy while working with many personalities, an efficacy under pressure and a willingness to adapt to many personalities. A proactive, can-do, teamwork-driven attitude is necessary.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage multiple daily, weekly, and bi-weekly meetings with clients, vendor partners and team
- Address all client needs in a seamless way to build trust and manage ongoing expectations
- Mentor the Product Specialist team to address needs and concerns
- Manage special events per brand (i.e. filmed walk-arounds, special events in studio, studio closures, altered hours, etc.)
- Hire new talent as needed
- Facilitate wardrobe, including new and replacement pieces, as well as managing onsite dry-cleaning process

Preferred Requirements:
- Relevant account servicing experience in fields related to automotive, account management or live event productions
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Excellent MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT) skills
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Final candidate selection will be contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and subsequent background investigation. Selectee will be required to serve a 90-probationary period and participate in Direct Deposit for payment. Candidates must be U.S. employment eligible.
