Part-Time Production Assistant

Join our team supporting live events at a high-profile venue in Detroit!
As a Production Assistant, you’ll work closely with high-profile clients and partner organizations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—where no two days are the same.

You’ll help manage vendor arrivals and departures, prepare event spaces, and collaborate with production, security, and facilities teams to ensure seamless execution. You’ll also track schedules, verify credentials, and uphold safety and policy standards during event load-ins and load-outs.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who stays calm under pressure and thrives in a collaborative, professional environment. You take pride in solving problems on site and helping create memorable guest experiences.

Position Details

• Status: Part-time with opportunity for growth
• Potential path to full-time employment
• Hours: Up to 30 hours per week
• Pay: $25 per hour
• Schedule: Evening and weekend availability required
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods (8–12 hours) and perform hands-on event support
