Position Overview:
We’re seeking an organized, proactive People Operations Coordinator to support our talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or administrative support (internship experience welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
